The articles
Articles are free to read and are general information, written in good faith from real builds. They are not professional, engineering or legal advice. Products, materials and building rules differ between countries: always follow the manufacturer's instructions and your local regulations.
Digital products
Plans and guides are digital downloads (PDF and Excel files). Nothing physical is shipped. Purchases are completed on the shop platform you check out on (Payhip or Etsy), and that platform's terms apply to the payment.
Licence. When you buy a product, you get a personal licence to use it. For build plans, that includes building the object for yourself or to sell. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files themselves, or include them in another digital product.
Right of withdrawal. Because the files are delivered immediately, by completing the purchase you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is available, as allowed by EU consumer law. If a file is faulty, incomplete or not as described, write to us and we will replace it or refund you.
Safety
Build plans are DIY construction plans, not stamped engineering drawings. Choice of materials, welding procedure, foundations, anchoring, wind and load considerations and compliance with local rules are your responsibility. If something will stand in a public place or carry people, have it checked by a qualified engineer. Electrical work is not covered and must be done to your local standards.
Working with steel, timber, power tools, paints and preservatives carries real risks. Use the right protective equipment and follow the safety instructions of every tool and product.

Liability
We take care to make the plans, calculators and guides accurate, but we cannot guarantee they are free of errors or suitable for every situation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for damage resulting from how a plan or guide is used. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be limited.

The text, drawings, photographs and calculators on this site are protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts with a link back; anything more needs our permission.
Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
